  1. Mix melted butter, Jalapeno, mushrooms, petter, onion, garlic and sautee
  2. Prepare Rice Pilaf
  3. Cover flat baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray
  4. Sautee Fish with garlic butter over medium heat
  5. dish the rice pilaf into baking pan and spread evenly. Add the sautéed fish on top
  6. Cover fish with sautéed vegatables
  7. Add your favorite shredded cheese to top of fish and vegatables and bake at bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Serve with salad and fresh bred
